½ cup Mott's Plus for Kids' Health Apple Grape Juice
½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
½ cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries
  honey to taste

Combine Mott's Plus for Kids' Health, yogurt, and mixed berries in blender; blend until smooth. Sweeten with honey, if desired.
